Hi, I'm Ace from California

I'm a 44 year old man, and I live in southern California, I'm following someone on Twitter who linked to this place, so I thought I'd become a member. I am 5'-11.5" and a little over 220 pounds, close to 30% bodyfat. I need to lose weight so I can eventually build muscle. I've made a lot of progress since joining a gym in 2012, and I've made consistent progress. My stats were worse back then, and I could only bench 65 pounds for reps, now I can bench 165.
