I've seen few sources having some HGH pharm brands in both pen and cartridge version (Genotropin in particular), same IU.
However I'm noticing a huge difference in price between the two, like 3 to 4 times greater for the pens (2-3$ per IU for cartridges, 6-8$ per IU for pens).
Is this normal? I mean, same source with such different prices...I can only guess it's the pen itself that's expensive to manufacture? Worst case the pen contains real HGH and the cartridges do not?
