hi i just joined so ill introduce myself im andy im 35 i been taking body building seriously now for 2 years i have been training on and off since i was 21. i work for a security company working the clubs i found body building to be a big advantage for my job and im happy to say i train natural but there will be a time where i might need a boost but for now im happy with my progress. i hope to here off you all bye for now take care
