I love figure, but I also love being strong. I want to do figure in April... and I'm hoping I can find a meet in the North East in maybe January or February? THEN hit the diet hard for only 8 weeks or so... I plan to start my figure prep with not much to lose. No long prep and crazy cardio for me ever again in life, lol.
I started doing a second deadlift day about 2 months ago... just light speed work. I think its helping. Should be pulling 250+ by the end of the year
