;) Hey everyone im louise im new to this decided to join to seee if could find any good information to help me on my fitness route ivee lost in total about 8 stone over 4 yrs first 2 yrs nvr execised over past yr ive been introdcued to weights since then ive loved it trying to lift squat heavier but my downfall would be what to eat i love my carbs and hate fish so its so cofusing i eat all brown carbs so any information or tips id love to know anyone know a good fat burning cardo workout because im lft with fat and im trying to loose it :( its so hard any tips workout information im happy to read. thanks :) lou x

Good job on the 8 stone(112lb) loss.Thats a job well done.I dont have much to add as far as advice on weight loss.There are much more qualified folks on here than myself.We do have nice diet section to look through on here.
