What's up everybody.

I work long hours and am eating out of a cooler most of the day. I'm looking for some high protein meals that are good eaten cold.

Tuna is obviously a simple one, but I'm not trying to eat tuna 6 times a day 6 days a week.

I eat everything, but would prefer ideas low in saturated fats for cholesterol reasons.
Also looking to keep my macros around 50-60 g protein 50-70g carbs and 10-20 g fats. I can always add more fats, but I can't take them out.

I appreciate the help.

Chicken rice avocado
Beef, rice sweet potato with olive oil

Throw in some spinach broccoli or other green veggies for fiber

Cook a huge pot of it at the beginning of the week

Usually some type of cold noodle salad for me with chicken and either a brown rice noodle, or the plus pasta with Asian sauce with Peanut butter. You can just search it and pick the one you like. But this is my favorite and easiest where everything is in 1 bowl.

Rice never tastes good cold, nor does most everything else, so if I know I'm eating cold food, then usually it's some type of salad with beans and chicken or beef if I'm not using the noodles.

Seriously though, how about a chicken salad sandwich? Tuna salad. Etc

Or like some kind of yogurt dish?

Or a sandwich with some boars head lunch meat.

Cold spaghettie/pasta is pretty easy to stomach

Thanks you to everyone that responded this is some good stuff. I tend to shy away from deli meat, but it seems that it wouldn't be the worst

I dunno about you guys but pretty much all tuna these days is radiated from Fukushima. I pretty much stay away from anything from the gulf of mexico or the pacific.
