Hey guys,

I definitely don’t have gyno at this point, but there have been a couple of times where my nipples looked a little softer than usual. I’m not sure “puffy” is the right word, but when I’m warmer, they just look softer. I want to avoid gyno at all costs.

I have Nolvadex on hand, so I’ve got a few questions:
1. Effectiveness: How well has Nolvadex worked for you guys in the past to mitigate gyno symptoms and stop it before it actually forms?
2. IGF-1 impact: Since Nolvadex is a SERM, does it interfere with estrogen’s role in converting growth hormone to IGF-1? In other words, does taking Nolvadex hurt gains?
3. Cycle adjustment: I’m currently on 600 mg test and 300 mg primo. Two weeks ago, I went up from 400 to 600 mg test and I feel phenomenal — but I’ve noticed the occasional softer-looking nipples when I’m warm. Would another option be to simply raise my primobolan dose so that more estrogen conversion is inhibited?

Looking forward to hearing from you

Tamoxifen does block estrogen from breast tissue so it should work as described , I think most today tend to rely on Raloxifene (newer generation SERM) because its effectiveness is "higher" than tamox. Puffy nipples could just be water retention, do you have any associated sensitivity, burning sensation? It does not lower estrogen systemically so IGF-1 should not be impacted significantly or at all. I would start by simply checking your E2 before making adjustments, without knowing what your number is you could find you're actually low on E2 from the primo. Let the numbers be your guide.

If I were you I wouldn’t worry one bit man. The odds of getting gyno on test alone, or test and primo especially, have to be astronomically low.

gyno gets ya when you start playing with progestins and prolactin… that’s tren and nandrolones. Had I never mixed anastomoses with deca I’d still be bullet proof lol.

stick with test, primo and GH and you’ll probably never have to worry. I don’t like primo but there’s nothing any anabolics can do for me that test and GH won’t do.

gyno won’t happen over night. It will begin. With painful nipples. You’ll know, there will be no doubt

If you're worried about gyno, use less of the drugs that aromatize heavily, and lean into the drugs that don't. None of these drugs are 'must use'.
