Greetings! I am a Yogi turned Lifter

Hello Den dwellers,

My name is Heather and I have had a passion for health and wellness for many years.

As the title states, I am a long-time yogi but recently became a lifter. I started lifting heavy about a year ago, since the first time I fell in love! Yoga is still a major part of my fitness routine, but lifting is certainly my go-to workout.

I am not looking to make extreme gains or enter any bodybuilding comp's, just trying to stay fit, healthy and energized.

I consider myself a health and fitness junkie, having read quite a bit on the subjects. Always looking to learn more and share my knowledge whenever possible.

Anyways, just wanted to say Hi and introduce myself. If you have any questions for me, let me know!

Excellent! Welcome to the board. I've always wanted to try yoga whereas I aim to become more flexible and centered. I hope to learn from you.
