Curious - currently I am 48 and am on TRT. I do 150 on Wednesdays and HGC on Mon and Tue with estrogen blockers Fri and Sun.
I was accidentally sent an extra 5 week cycle of my TRT. I have read about blast and cruise and was wondering if you think it would be an advantage to training if I were to double up with the extra stuff I received. I eat well and train regularly. Was wondering if I would see any physical benefits.
