What's up, Iron Family!!

I wanted to give you an update. On January 3rd, I weighed 305 pounds and had a body fat percentage of 40.3%. I was hypogonadal with a test level of 265. My liver was fucked up, and my blood pressure was a mess. So, I decided to begin a journey to change that.

I started by taking Tirzepitide and realized It gave me the opportunity set the right macros at an extreme deficit. Started a 6days training program and daily cardio. Within three months, I had already lost 40 pounds, reversed my liver issues, and stabilized my blood pressure. I used Terzeppide for appetite suppression and blood sugar management, I also used HGH secretogogs to help maintain muscle mass during my extreme cut.

it was about this time in March that I began solving my hypogonadism and starting an HRT journey. Next, I did a strategic refeed month of 2250/2750 cals before I went back down to 1,750 calories daily. I reached my goal on June 1st, 2025—losing 52 pounds and gaining 20 pounds of lean mass(not opinion just what Dexa scans and fat scanners say). My body fat percentage went from 40.3% to 19%.

I want to thank all of you for your sage advice regarding anabolics, TRT, enclomiphene, Tirzepitide, weight loss, and workout management. I've learned so much from this forum, and we're just getting started.

Now, I've set a new goal: to lose another 5% body fat over the next four months. I want give my skin time to adjust to weight loss and focus more on muscle growth. The aim is a recomp and I've started my first blast with the help of a coach, I'm now on:

400 testosterone
- 200 primobolan
- 4 IUs of growth hormone(daily)

We're increasing calories to basal for this month and will adjust as needed. My workouts are more aggressive than ever, lifting heavier with more focus and intensity. Feeling GREAT!

Thank you guys so much for support along the way.

Nice work! I lost 51 pounds a few years ago also in 5 months by increasing my total daily calories and just dropping all carbs. No deficit needed, just macro adjustment. Good luck!

Thank you all so much. Very much appreciate the support and the guidance that I've gotten from this forum so far.
We've established a new goal, which is to get to 14% body fat by October 1st. Definitely a slower progress or slower intensity to get to that body fat percentage. But over the next couple months, I want to settle in to my first blast. Gain muscle/ Let my skin catch up to my new body weight and composition. I need to build up my pecs/ Lat Width / Delts and traps to raise/tighten my chest skin ( had estrogenic tissue in my Boob area from my potsmoking days in my teens) .
We will see what happens. I tend to be a bit of a sprinter in achieving goals. But the lifestyle is locked in and I've never been this focused and intense in regards to bodybuilding, fitness and health.
