Saturday was shoulder day but I knew I was having some nerve issues and problems with tremors so I didn't really do a thing not worth logging. Sunday was a off day and today was chest day. I felt worn out today I hadn't slept well for the last 2 nights so I struggled a bit. I wanted to stay around 12 for reps.

Incline dumbbell press
30x15
50x12
80x12
85x9
80x11

Hammer strength incline
2 plates a side
3x12

Hammer strength dips
2 plates a side
2x12
Added a 25 per side
1x12

Cable cross over
60x2x12
I did a drop set here
60x12

30x12

I felt spent after that hopefully I can sleep good tonight my neck seems to be feeling better.

Today was back day and I felt pretty good I was able to get some better sleep. I feel like I'm getting stronger we did rack pulls again since this was only my 2nd time I thought it went pretty good.

Machine wide grip pull downs
140x12x3

One arm row on hammer strength machine
2 plates a side
3x12

Rack pulls
135x8
275x12
315x10
365x9

Bent over underhand rows
135x12
185x9
135x12

Straight arm push downs
60x10x7

My lower back was done had a lot if blood in it. Tomorrow is a off day I'll probably do cardio.

Today was leg day and regular squat day. I felt pretty good today

Warmed up with som light leg extension just to get some blood in the knees

Back squat
135x7
225x10
275x10
315x6
315x7
I wrapped my knees for the first time ever at 315 not used to it but I'm getting old

Leg press
6 plates a side x12
7 plates a side x10
7 plates plus 25 x8

Hack squats
2 plates a side
3x12 made sure I went deep

Leg curl
100x12x3

We did another exercise for the hips but don't know the name. My legs were spent today it felt good though.
