Saturday was shoulder day but I knew I was having some nerve issues and problems with tremors so I didn't really do a thing not worth logging. Sunday was a off day and today was chest day. I felt worn out today I hadn't slept well for the last 2 nights so I struggled a bit. I wanted to stay around 12 for reps.
