Nice work flex!
if you haven't gotten one yet, I bought a dead wedge to help load the plates - made life easier.
I have one.
Good man - for the money, they're a life (err, back) saver.
Looking big in those vids!
Thanks. That means a lot to me coming from you.
I've thought about building a bar jack, especially after seeing how much Rogue, etc, wants for them. $165 for steel tube? I'll have to consider the wedge. And now considering I may have hurt my elbow Monday lifting the bar to slide plates off...
I know a guy that built a bar jack with steel tubing bought at Home Depot. I'll look for the link.
Rogue also sells a mini-jack that only lifts one end of the bar for a lot less. I am thinking about buying that one.
I've looked at this a few times. Using pipe and fittings.
How well did it work for him? Just wondering if it works and lasts. The mini jack is $65 which isn't to steep.
I am just going to get the mini-jack as well.
