1lb ground pork
2lbs ground beef
10 smoked chorizo sausages
All the veg/shrooms in the picture above
4 cans of beans (red kidney, black, garbanzo) and 3 cans of plum tomatoes
Ancho chili powder, regular chili powder, cayenne, smoked paprika, chipotle

I do the 3 meats myself. I made some "Goodfella" style meatballs a few days ago with the "3 kinds of meat in the meatballs - veal, beef, and pork"...
"Gotta have the pork - that's the flavor!"

Wow. Can't believe it's been well over a year since this thread has been updated.
Lot of the same old stuffs here; steak, roast, bacon, chili, blah blah blah. But last week Mrs Flex went above and beyond the call of duty yet again by making home-made pork schnitzel sammiches, even to the extent that she made the Kaiser buns from scratch in the oven herself.
Seriously I think I am the luckiest guy on the planet.
Took a pic for this thread but forgot to post it. But now here you go:
Two layers of pork schnitzel, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard.....holy hell......
