I've been using it on my ass lately. Seems I have built up some scar tissue from hitting glute and ventro-glute too often.

The nubs on the black one are actually very comfortable blue will be more so but a much weaker roller.

Definitely will look into getting the black one...the PVC pipe roller I made is now getting rather uncomfortable

yea, it's not too bad man...... it's not rock solid like PVC, but def. go with the black one. A buddy got the blue one, and as good as it is...... once you go black.......
