I do the same thing as far as gripping, straightening the legs, then sitting back into it and pulling. The things I see are A)you sit back into a really good position, but then as soon as you start to pull, your ass shoots back up, and B) you are pulling straight up off of your toes (as far as I can tell from the video). You could fix both with one tweak. When you sit back into it, load your posterior chain so that if you let go of the bar right before you pulled, you'd fall backwards. The bar should be what's keeping you balanced, otherwise you should be on your heel enough to fall backwards if you let go. This will keep you pulling BACK and up, instead of straight up, and it will very likely keep your ass from shooting up right when the weight breaks the floor.
