I do think he's going a little overboard on a lot of this
And it's not prisons --I know of 3 shut down here
It's the crazy up tick in fentanyl, oxycodone, and heroin
Lawd the heroin shit
My little bro is a FC and we talked about this a few mths back--he said he went to a conference where here in Bama the use of heroin in last 10yrs has 4x upped
