"AI ON HAND" is the best policy for most. For me, I get dem titties so I need to use it always. I just watch my dosage frequency and have become good at feeling out my E2 levels based on past test results vs the feeling I had at the time.

Low E2 usually has the same sides as high E2. So if the article is saying its important to keep E2 in range that makes sense to me. I've always felt best with E2 in the lower 3rd of the range.
