Totally agree most elbow issues are just simply due to overuse the only real way for it to heal is to stop using it, and since thats not really an option for most of us we just deal with it.

Try using rocktape and have someone certified tape you it will make a BIG difference. I didn't believe it till I had someone tape my knee and I didn't miss a lift/workout.
