Easter dinner food.....

Might as well upload the pics I ate for Easter on Sunday....

The first 2 pics are smoked mac and cheese, the next 2 are smoked baked beans....and the 5th one is the Costco mexican street corn...lol.

The mac and cheese and beans are Malcom Reed recipes.

The first pic is from my dad's ham.

2nd and 3rd pics are the sweet potatoes I made with a basil/Panko toping. It's a Pioneer Woman recipe.

4th pic is of my brothers devil eggs...halfway gone, lol.

Here is my plate of food....I didn't take one of the mashed potatoes and sweet gravy solo.

I also made another lime cake I didn't take a photo of.

My dad and brother were like 2.4 hours LATE!!!

....so I started drinking some whiskey and diet cokes. I was lit by time they got there....ate, then went took a nap

I can eat ham, it's always good when we have it....but I tried to throw it out there we could cook some of protein other than turkey or ham. I did try to look for large turkey breasts around here, but couldn't find any

We were supposed to get together on Saturday, then everybody come back on Sunday to eat all the leftovers, but my brother had a birthday party he had to attend on Saturday, so it all got piled on Sunday. If we got together on Saturday, I was gonna smoke up some ribs on Sunday, but I didn't do it since there was too much already for 1 day. Most of the leftovers stayed here as they only took a little bit home. So....i'm gonna smoke up the ribs tomorrow
