Don't know about him personally. But this I do know: I was a shake junkie for a long time cause I had a "busy" life. I was told over and over to back off shakes....typically one real meal and 5 shakes a day. Then...bam! I became allergic to shakes and had to stop them all! What a freaking eye opener. For two years all real food 5-6 times a day. The result. My body went from decent to now what I recognize as being that of a bodybuilder. It was an incredible change and fast. Everything blew up!
