Its ****ing delicious, that's what it is. Mechanically separated chicken and partially defatted pork fatty tissue. When those are the first two ingredients you know it's good stuff.

Your grandpa and my dad were from a generation of men that loved potted meat. Don't forget the deviled ham!!! Always on white bread (what the hell was wheat bread) with mustard. Haven't had either of those delights since I was a kid.
