Don't notice a difference besides the heat with carb depleting.
I can tell you, I started on Sunday and my heat was horrible, started IF on Monday with a 15 hour fast and when I ate, it was low carb, high protein and some fat, my heat was not bad at all. Been on a week, low dose, lowish carbs, IF, added a phen in the AM with a Cialis so I can actually squeeze some pee out past my grapefruit sized prostate and I feel great. Energy level is fine, did some light lifting and was on 4 planes and didn't sweat my face off.
