Im curious if there is any correlation between one's diet and the pump one gets from lifting weights. I am currently taking zero nutritional supplements and zero anabolics. My diet is about 3500 calories a day, mostly from pasta, chicken breast, egg whites, peanut butters, matzo, and olive oil, brussel sprouts, apples (That is the entire list of food I eat). When I lift weights, my muscles get pumped to level comprable to when I was on stuff, Im talking straight swole. This has never happened for me before without stuff as so I can only reason that it has something to do with mhy diet. Anyone have any ideas?

Pasta will help keep your muscles full of glygogen and will give a great pump.

If you want big pumps, cycle your carbs so you're getting a big reload before your lifts. You can also throw in something like NO Explode or Beta Alanine or something that has a vasodilator effect as well
