Chains are great b/c you have to generate more power as the lift is performed. A steady constant push will not do when using chains. It also increases the weight as ROM decreases, which decreases risk of injury.

Watch this a couple times and you'll be able to maximize the effectiveness of those chains bro.

Os change the lead chain a little so that the end of the chain is barely touching. U will get more bang for the buck. Great job hough chains are a awesome way to help with sticking points.

Thanks POB for posting that vid. I never thought of using chains for Tricep Ext. They usually aggravate my elbow after a while if I use a bar so I'll have to give that a try.

Another way to use them, if you're workout space has rafter or bars or whatever up above is to throw a rope up and over and then tie a jumbled mess of chains to the rope at different heights. Then do "pushdowns" of the rope to lift the chains of the ground. The constantly varied resistance is great!
