Bro, if you can do bent BB row for 8 reps at 315 with strict form, that is beastly strong. As far as your bench, go to the Articles forum and check out Guss's thread on proper bench technique. Make sure that you are doing the press with proper form. I was not, and when I first tweaked the things I was doing wrong, my bench went down almost 50 pounds. But within two months, I was past my former reps at 315.
