Bro, if you can do bent BB row for 8 reps at 315 with strict form, that is beastly strong. As far as your bench, go to the Articles forum and check out Guss's thread on proper bench technique. Make sure that you are doing the press with proper form. I was not, and when I first tweaked the things I was doing wrong, my bench went down almost 50 pounds. But within two months, I was past my former reps at 315.

Thanks for the compliment on the rows... I'm just kind of obsessed with my back so I've always worked that exercise hard as hell... As for the bench I've tried a few different types of forms, but I'll definitely check out the forum on it here. Thanks for the recommendation. I'd almost given up on it...

i'm probably one of the smallest guys here and i know i'm one of the weakest at my gym but i make this shit look GOOD!

Working to get my rear delts, my arms and my upper/inner chest in proportion with the rest of my body.

A few lifts:

Incline bench: 350x1
Incline Dumbell Presses: 120x6
Flat Bench Barbell presses: I haven't maxed out but i guess i am around 350
Barbell Rows: 300x8 (that's the most i have ever done)
Deadlifts: 440x1 (maybe more now that i am stronger)
Barbell Curls: 154lbs x 6 or 8
Close grip bench presses: 242x6

I don't squat anymore due to a lower back injury but i really like leg presses.

My goal is to be a competitive bodybuilder within the next couple years.
