Deca or Test (maybe together)

I am thinking about doing the 6 week or possible 12 week cycle of deca or test what are you guys think is best 6 weeks of test and deca or (12 weeks) 6 Deca & backed up behind 6 test ???

6 cycles in 22 years. (2&3) pin cycle was like 18 years ago eq (1,4,5 & 6) tabs most recent (6) over the summer / 5'6 168 very well developed without AAS . They say I look 185 10% body fat. Small joints (great mass)

12 weeks of deca and test is what I would do.

Don't use deca by itself. Run them both at the same time. 12 weeks of deca and test. But to be honest it seems like you need to hold off and research more before doing any more cycles.

Why 14 weeks ???

Deca is a very long ester. It doesn't really start doing anything until week 6.

12 week test cyp
12 week deca
12 week proviron (to keep natural test up / to cut down the estrogen)

Then week 12 into 15 >>>

4 weeks of stanozolol
4 weeks of clomid

Ok, I was gonna add deca because of my joints, shoulders and elbows. I'm very strong without AAS & tend to have to cutback on the weight sometimes

Proviron isn't going to keep you natural test up during a cycle. Wait 3 weeks before starting PCT.
