Recent training footage from David Douglas in his Olympia preparation...

"I train out of OC Strength Club in Fountain valley, Ca. They have dramatically helped me on my squat technique and hit a PR of 840 with more left in the tank. Coaches said to hold back until next week to around 900 and take it up plotting the course for the Olympia with some big numbers. Look forward to next couple sessions."

Wow, he made that 840 look pretty darn easy. He's got quite a bit more in his tank. Totally awesome!!

Wow. Awesome squats.

Is that a single ply squat suit?

Thanks for sharing.

Is the monolift broken? I thought it was there so you don't have to step with heavy weights.

he lifts in the USPa where in raw and single ply you have to walk out. Both those lifts would have been high unless he is doin triple ply. USPa is knee to hip...
