D.H.E.A protocols

For those of you taking D.H.E.A. What has been your dosing protocol and who is a good source online?

I am also recently diagnosed with Addisons (my auto-immune system attacks my adrenal system and the damage is permanent. Just unlucky genetics My body does not produce D.H.E.A (or cortisol and aldosterone; which I take medication daily for) My Endo hummed and harred about my taking it, even though I don't naturally produce it with this illness and there are so many benefits to at least trying certainly in helping me combat the fatigue, muscle waste and so much more.

Any suggestions ladies?
