Seems like the ratio of nerdy dudes to hot chicks on that island would be perilously skewed. Then again, the Friday night video game tournaments stocked with pizza and energy drinks would be epic! LOL

I'd consider opening an inflatable sex doll store there. Probably be a solid biz.

Are you sure about that? Honestly, I think you don't understand mining if you genuinely believe it will die soon.

Do you know that we need miners as we need someone to generate crypto and to accept transactions? You cannot do that using the services of a bank or anything else. If you are so skeptical about crypto, I advise you to take a look at the interest rates table on forex scalper pro. After that, check out the rates on a crypto exchange, and trust me, you'll be stunned.

Crypto is crazy especially defi. There are guys out there that have turned 800 into over a million in several months. So much money to be made.
Still? I look at the exchanges and none of it is really doing anything. I am hanging on to what I got but all I have done by "diamond handing" bitcoin and others is to loose 30% of my investment.

But I believe crypto is here to stay. I think 100k btc is very likely this year, and 500k in the next 3. Next 10 yrs.... 1,000,000 is not out of the question
.

Flat for most of the year. We bought in between $5000 - $7000 so we are holding, 2030 is our projected sale point.

Overall, markets are going to struggle, RE is going to be stagnant, unemployment increasing, inflation slowing down and corp layoffs continue.

2023 is going to b worse than 2022 imo.

Good info Ms. WB, been looking at acreage. Been holding off as I feel people will have to tighten their belts in 23 and maybe prices will come down.
