helo guys im trying to bulk up a bit im not using any steroids just on food :
meal 1 (10am): 8 eggs white 1 loaf drown bread i fruit banana usually and 4 cereals toast with peanut butter about 2 tbsp
meal 2(12:30 pm): 100g oats about 67g carbs with 2 scoop blend protein in a shake and 1 kiwi fruit
meal 3 (3m): 100g whole grain rice or pasta with 200g of chiken breast of fish filet i dont eat red meat cus it makes heart burn for me
meal 4 meal 5 same as meal 3
befor workout i have with my meal 5 an avocado and 1 grapefruit i take my arginine pre workout and go workout at 9:30
finish workout at about 10:30 have a shake with sugar and protein blend protein(50g sugars 80g)
befor bed at about 12 i have a handfull of almonds and pumpkin seeds i take my saw palmeto zinc and sleep
i weigh about 93kg now about 17bf
i need ur critique guys thanks alot.
