if you are starting to get a lump than i would definately see the doc and get you some antibiotics. the repeated fever is your body trying to tell you that it is fighting something off! why wait until you have an abscess the size of a baseball to go in and get it taken care of. they will give you hell for pinning but who cares, just nod your head and agree and get your antibiotics and go.

updating..
so i didn't end up seeing a doctor but instead stopped shotting in the glutes. for the past few days pain is completely gone and the bump is just about gone. i am shooting the quads, alternating between left and right.
yesterday i just finished the 10ml vial.

question...i have ordered extra test from a different lab (lt) as i was short on the 12 week cycle. so now i have two unopened vials from different labs (T and lt) . the one vial i just finished is is from T. i was thinking of using the lt one and leave the other one and see how good that lab is. is this advisable or should i just run the stuff from the same lab as if i mix then i wont know whats what.
what should i do?

Keep them seperate, don't mix. possibility of contaminating the new vial that way.

Bro def stay away from Heat... heat will increase blood flow to the area which will increase throbbing and pain..just some ice and if you think u need them, get antibiotics which u can get on line..IMO seeing the doc is not necessary unless its been a week or longer with no improvement.....but if its freaking you out and will ease your mind then see the doc.. ive been doing glut shots for 20 + years and what your describing will happen every now and then...just part of the deal....its your first cycle so your just bugging out a bit...thats ok we all did at first..
