Apparently the pepper helps its bioavailability.
I douse whatever I can with pepper when possible...I've read studies on this for years now and have been using it religiously as if it is the gospel to optimum digestion...Is it true?...Don't really know, *LOL*...I'm just taking the word of the reads that I've done on it...
