Cissus Quadrangularis

Anyone use this stuff? If so is it effective?

I saw a thread on another site about it so I bought some on a whim yesterday same day delivery from Amazon. 1,600mg per two capsules. Says to take it twice a day but I think once is good enough because most other brands are 1,000mg or less. I dunno.
