Chocolate protein cream of wheat

2 tsp stevia
1 1/4 cup milk
1 scoop ON double chocolate whey

Makes delicious coco wheat and has good macros to boot.

With whole milk

11g fat
40g carbs
38g protein.

that's pretty cool. i would probably opt for vanilla or banana myself though. not a real big chocolate fan but you got my hamster running on the wheel. thanks

I made this up because I missed the coco wheats from when I was a kid. I'm sure other flavors would work pretty well.
