OK, so I am down to the last pounds and percentages of body fat that I need to lose but one of the hardest things for me is that I have a huge sweet tooth, so what I am looking for is the best way to get rid of that sweet tooth? So that I can fully clean up my diet and get to shedding what I have left to shed.

I'm in the Sam boat man. I love sweets.

Do you eat fruit? That seems to help some.

You like sugar free jello? It's pretty good when your on a diet.

Sugar free gum, crystal lite.

Do you ever do a cheat meal or day? To allow yourself the sweets? It helps to have something to look forward to.

Part of my problem is I let everyday become the cheat day if I eat sweets. I love fruit and think that might be the key for me but I also need to break the craving I constantly have for chocolate in particular.

It's sour candy for me... And when my rogue gets too raw I switch to gummy bears lol. It's my #1 diet problem!

The most successful dieting I ever did, I simply removed anything tempting from my house and work, and removed myself from tempting situations. From there, I just did it. I had the discipline, I was driven, and wasn't anyone going to get me off track. I tracked all my macros, and would allow some wiggle room for foods I liked as long as I stayed within my macros (IIFYM).

Bottom line is, how bad do you want it? Probably not bad enough...yet.....

I would have guessed semen, but I guess I'm wrong.

I don't have a sweet tooth but chewing gum or sunflower seeds usually helps all my problems, well besides my wife spending money...

This is just another idea for you.

Not all of the sweets are as bad for you as you think. They make organic sweets that are much healthier. They are still not the best option, but they process through the body much better than the processed ones.

You should be able to find these at the grocery store. If you can't check a health food store. I eat these types of sweets when I'm dieting. It helps more with sweet cravings. Its still not as good as the regular stuff, but its a nice substitute. These types of foods are made with organic ingredients. A lot of them have no wheat or gluten in them. So after you eat them you don't feel sick, or extremely stuffed.

Here are some links for you to check out: These are just a couple different companies. There are more though. There is a good selection of alternatives for healthier sweets.
