Bloodwork March 2022

Got some bloodwork done. Only did cardio night/day before so no heavy lifting.
Last testosterone shot has been several weeks, i'm due i've just been lazy.
No orals at this time or for a few months.

HDL could still be impacted by orals several months later depending on what you ran, for how long and at what dose. Lysine and Niacin could help bring it up a bit more. LDL is just cardio and diet. Creatnine is still pretty normal for someone who lives this lifestyle and hematocrit looks good for someone using gear.

Really quite good overall. And the values outside standard reference range are within a variable of real life individual norms.

FYI....my test is at 12 and i feel like ass.....low energy, low libido, moody AF. :p

Haha. I bet. I did not saying anything about the lower test, just because you said it has been a while since your last shot. I do not think I ever went more than one day passed an injection day. Not due to dedication, I just don't want to feel the way you are feeling right now. I always dread my scheduled month off I have annually or biannually.
