legs today I didn't bring my weight belt so I wouldn't be tempted to do heavy squats...my intentions were to take it easy since the last several leg workouts have all been pretty taxing. After reading Tanks log and seeing the 45 reps at 315 pounds I decided to do it with lighter weight 135lbs at 50 reps....that even hurt so I could only imagine upping the weight.
At 30 reps lower back chest abs start to ache at 40 calves start hurting 45 reps inner thigh and hams hurting light headed at 50 reps I'm taking deep breaths....painful period anyway enough of that.

FST-7 leg extensions
7 sets of 12-30 reps and deep stretching.

No nutrition class today Gillian checked my body fat and prescribed 3 days of no lifting and eating from frid til Sun cutting it off at 6:00 pm back to eating clean and watching salt intake. In hopes of bumping the metabo up even more....I can't wait to get started.

Not alot of volume with legs today still feeling worn out tired.....I know stop complaining

Well I keep saying I'm gonna take it easy with legs for the last couple of weeks and they end up being something else..I was suppose to go heavy but what started out feeling hard just kept getting easier. With the new workout guy in our group it is going to be cool to see him progress to where we are with reps and weights...didn't take AJ long...just found out today he is 21 years old I am the old man as the new guy is 26.

I told Chris when he started working out with us is getting his form down not going to worry about how much weight he can lift or has lifted form is first and formost the strength is going to come.

Now Cardio as needed per my trainer Gillian

So today Gillian is still seeing changes she says I'm still leaning out she tells me I've got about 3-5lbs of fat to drop and that I'm still on track. I feel much fuller and look much bigger since the last prep. I'm glad I went with the lean bulk before this prep I wasted alot of muscle last time around.

True story I was offered a prescribed dieuretic today from a friend???? for my last week of prep I appreciate the help but if I got to go that route I may as well quit.

nice looking leg day for an easy day :D

so what they were trying to tell you is you are holding too much water or they are too dumb to know anything about what you are doing and how to do it?

glad to hear that gillian is happy and seeing changes!

Gillian is a beast....she is just amazing I'll have to get some pics of the gang.

Today was chest and like I said before really try to stay out of the hurt myself zone so far so good. I had no plans on going up in weight today all I was going to do was dropsets nothing over 80lbs any way here goes.

done took it easy hope to talk to Gillian our trainer tomorrow and iron out some more details for next week. I feel much better than I have been and a lot more focused. Compound 20 beta testing is going great day four into this test.

okay last contest went horrible my approach to peak week is not working so back to the drawing board for now back to bulking...goal back to 270-280lbs here we go.

Okay neglected this log I had a crappy ass showing my last show looked much better in the summer show I'll have to post some pics. Feeling pretty good back to bulking weight now is about 260lbs so I also learned that I like the flow of the NPC over the the natural orginizations set up... so NPC it is I'll take my chances with the roid guys again.

Been a while total bulk weight 286lbs I have since dropped weight to a cool 270lbs work goes on...plans now to compete again in the fall.
