legs today I didn't bring my weight belt so I wouldn't be tempted to do heavy squats...my intentions were to take it easy since the last several leg workouts have all been pretty taxing. After reading Tanks log and seeing the 45 reps at 315 pounds I decided to do it with lighter weight 135lbs at 50 reps....that even hurt so I could only imagine upping the weight.
At 30 reps lower back chest abs start to ache at 40 calves start hurting 45 reps inner thigh and hams hurting light headed at 50 reps I'm taking deep breaths....painful period anyway enough of that.
FST-7 leg extensions
7 sets of 12-30 reps and deep stretching.

No nutrition class today Gillian checked my body fat and prescribed 3 days of no lifting and eating from frid til Sun cutting it off at 6:00 pm back to eating clean and watching salt intake. In hopes of bumping the metabo up even more....I can't wait to get started.
Not alot of volume with legs today still feeling worn out tired.....I know stop complaining
