Bamboo bar is a Louis Simmons thing. Check west side's website. You can get the same instability lots of other ways though.... I've used a pvc pipe ( use two, one sleeved inside the other. One by itself is too weak). Or, stringing up some kettlebells or dumbbells on light mini bands hung on the bar will do the same thing.
