thanks man. Usually hear my form is bad haha, since I tend to keep my hips high at the start of the movement, I've tried lowering them but it just doesnt work for me! Its gotten better though, my deadlifts used to be almost the same as straight legged deadlifts haha

Congrats on the comeback.

Your 2nd + reps looked perfect. It's just your first rep that you start all wonky. Look for yourself and think about that.


Great work though. Are you planning on switching to hook grip now or just change what hand is supinated ?
