No I feel fine, but was going to mimmick their program but with more affordable alternatives, they're crazy high $$$ . No need for b12?

its in your MTV if you are taking one. No not one of the things you need to supp unless you have a history of anemia, have lack of energy, want to boost your immune.

I got a bottle Im gonna burn thru , don't know why other than$$ they reccomended it. Their Semorelin was like 6k a year!
