I've have decided to make the commitment to make a training log. I'll do my best to update this log as periodically as possible.
I'm not going to lie, I will use this as a sort of journal as well, so for any of the regulars here be prepared to hear about some lame non-lifting related shit.
I'm going to be as transparent as possible. I'll do my best to include macros, supplements, as well as any gear I'm using. I look forward to hearing everyone's feedback
