I've have decided to make the commitment to make a training log. I'll do my best to update this log as periodically as possible.

I'm not going to lie, I will use this as a sort of journal as well, so for any of the regulars here be prepared to hear about some lame non-lifting related shit.

I'm going to be as transparent as possible. I'll do my best to include macros, supplements, as well as any gear I'm using. I look forward to hearing everyone's feedback ;)

Arm Day Done!

Biceps
barbell Curls 65x10 for 3 sets
Hammer Dumbbell Curls 35x14 for 3 sets
A lot of cable work, I don't even know what they're called, 35x10 for 4 sets
Cable Curl, 20x20 for 3 sets

Triceps
Close-grip barbel bench press. 185x14 for 3 sets
Tricep Pulldowns 140x14 for 5 sets
One handed Pulldowns, 60x14 for 3 sets
Weird shit I don't have a name for 75x14 for 3 sets.


Overall it was an okay workout. I feel like no matter what I do my right tricep will always be a bit smaller than my left. Strength is also down, it's day 6 of my pct so it is what was expected. Everything is going well, not losing any of my gains, but strength has definitely gone down a bit.

Also nursing a shitty knee injury. Not sure what I did to it. It'll feel awesome on squats and deadlifts, then be super sore, like it's hurt again for like three days.

Hey guys! I know I haven't posted here for a while. The truth is that I tore the meniscus in my knee and I have been recovering from surgery.

I am healthy enough now that I can begin training as long as it does not agitate my knee. Stay tuned for updates :)
