As of tomorrow, I am out, again.

Tomorrows surgery will be at 6 a.m. eastern time. It will take me out of the gym for a little while though, I am getting an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with cage and plate, c-5-6 c 6-7.My last surgery kept me out for 6 weeks, nothing major(l5 s1 discectomy) but was informed this was a little more abrasive. Take care my friends of the den, and maybe allow me a little more post time
