I typically use and AI every 3-4 days.

Max I go is twice per week.

I’d rather have my estrogen borderline high, than low.
When u do twice a week at most
What dose ?

And what test dose ?

Thanks

Don’t need to use novadex as not gyno prone
Novadex don’t lower estrogen as not a ai
Just blocks the receptor areas
if not gyno prone then why use any anti e ? yes nolva blocks receptor sites and then leaves estro circulating to do the good things it can do. using an ai is a lot of guess work as you have no idea, unless your doing blood work wk to wk, if your leaving enough estro in your system so you don't have joint pains, reduced benefits of the gear you are using, and screwed up cholesterol levels ie, hdl/ldl.

Because gyno is not the only side of high estrogen ...

It’s best to try keep estrogen in a healthy range

High e2

Can cause high blood pressure
Prostate problems and many more sides

It’s try to find that balance

I will be doing blood work I always do

I might be a bit OCD but I monitor my body temperature, blood pressure, and weight daily when I'm on cycle. Always looking for signs that something is headed the wrong direction.
