The yoke drag medley. Never thought my fat kid self would say that. I do plan on leaving it all out there and have already warned my fellow competitors I'm bringing blood for this one !
This is a huge thing for me I have always wanted to go to the Arnold . To be able to compete in it is a huge honor.
