I'm very disciplined with what I eat, it's late night hunger (I get out of work about 10:45 pm plus Tues/Thurs I work out very late) that at times leads to calories getting out of range. I've yet to find something that actually helps kill appetite w/o major stims. Not as big an issue on training nights. Any suggestions?
