I was wondering if anyone had tried Animal PM, and if so how was it? I have tried Animal Pak, Pump, stak, M-stak, and Rage all great products in my opinion...Just wondering if Animal PM lives up to the rep.

My wife takes it and likes it. Helps her get a better quality of sleep and she wakes feeling way more energized.

been reading some reviews on it, seems like Universals version of ZMA PM. I love ZMA for recovery and it does help me sleep.

Animal PM is a good product. It has other ingredients that aid recovery beyond ZMA, allegedly. I liked it, if I had the disposable income, would be using it now.
