I'm going to say something a little different.
All the guys above are right, of course. You need to eat and be healthy first, before you start a real cycle. That might takes weeks, months, or even years. If you can't eat prperly because of a digestive issue, any digestive issue, then taking in the nutrition that justifies cycling is a deal breaker.
But if we are not talking about a cycle, but instead healing therapy, then your mindset needs to change. 60mg of anything is going to shut you down more than it'll help you. That's cycle thinking. 20mg of dbol taken at bedtime, however, will only reduce your natty test output by about 30%. That's a lot but not insurmmountable. But what it will do in your benefit is stimulate growth hormone output in your liver, and that growth hormone will speed healing.
That said, HGH might be a better option for healing.
