No personal experience, but I've read logs on this combo and heard about the synergistic effects you get... Pumps must be insane.

whatever you do, run it with test....oral only cycles are usually a no-no.

60 - 80 mg's Var and a good methyl ester is a SOLID cycle. Throw in 200mgs of Test E per week and your g2g....

n/m it was reinhart asking and Bill Roberts responded that there is no evidence to show that anavar increases absorption or utilization of exogenous creatine.

I dont know what the experts say, I know it was touted a lot when I was a beginner and all we had was monohydrate and I tried it. I dont know how it works, but for me its nice little idea to add some methyl ester to my var cycle...
