This is all meant in good fun but actually true...I thought about this a few weeks ago one day and decided to write it up and post it up...
Ive seen 100s of diet plans over the years and the bulking plans and the diet down and the days on and the days off and the infamous cheat day...So here is an example of a day of my diet as a dad of 3 kids and a lifetime gym head...
Saturday:
7AM- Woken up by the 1yr old, plug her with a bottle and take her across the street to dunkin donuts for coffee...They think shes cute so they give her 4 munchkins for free (pop one of those bad boys)
730AM- 4 egg whites 1 whole egg w veggies and a whole wheat bagel
8AM- 5year old is awake and wants 2 eggos, she leaves half on her plate so I scarf that down
10AM -14yr old is up and says he wants nada
11am - protein shake w some animal crackers
noon - 4 dinosaur chicken nuggets w apple sauce
1pm - 14yo brings home a whole pizza (a slice or two) fucker
2pm - takes some supplements and an elmo juice box to wash em down
3pm - left over ground meat from nice before over brown rice w low fat cheese and hot sauce
4pm - about 50 goldfish crackers
5pm - dora the explorer yogurt
6pm - ITS ALWAYS BBQ meat, steamed veggies and sweet potatoes
7pm - 1 chocolate chip cookie
730 - 14yo decides hes getting ice cream and brings some for everyone
8pm - water and sometimes protein
I know I know I know....I should lay off the yogurt...
Still 5'11 228lbs w a 34 inch waist lol
