Hi...I am new here and what I have seen so far I like. I have dropped 50 lbs. I like my body more now than ever. My next goal it to take it to a whole new level. My man came down the other day and I helped him put up my new weight bench. I was using a loner one from someone else. I want to change up my body...to have guns...defined abs....killer butt and a "SMOKING HOT" body. Wish me luck in this. Prayers to if you like.
